Adoption Monday: Biggie, Rottweiler, Bowmanville, ON

Biggie is a 7-year-old teddy bear. What a wonderful boy.

Adoption Monday: Biggie, Rottweiler, Bowmanville, ON

Biggie walks well on the leash and he does not even seem to notice or care about squirrels. He also seems non-reactive to cats. Biggie would likely do wonderfully with a nice laid-back female. He isn’t picky...big or small, he is okay with them all.

Biggie is looking for a home with a fenced in backyard and children 12 or over. When he first came into foster he barked at new noises, however, he now knows that he doesn’t have to sound the alarm at everything.

Biggie is great with people but can get overwhelmed in large crowds so we are hoping for a family with a slower paced life for Biggie.

Do you think Biggie is the boy for you?

ANML-RESQ is a dedicated group of volunteers looking out for the 4-legged creatures we share this world with. Their goal is to save a dog or cat from being euthanized in a shelter, through no fault of their own - just in the wrong place at the wrong time. If they don't have a foster home available they will work with other reputable organizations to find a place.

ANML-RESQ relies solely on donations and fundraisers to spay/neuter, vaccinate and microchip their pets prior to adoption.  They don't even use funds for gas to transport the pets in their program to their new homes!
