Adoption Monday: Chola, Rottweiler, Bowmanville, ON

Look at this sweet girl. She is seeking a foster home.

Chola is a 5-year-old, loving and affectionate girl.

However, she does need help with her food aggression. Chola also might need surgery on her back leg which will require a recuperation period of serious crate rest.

Chola has been working with a trainer and is extremely good with her trainer and food, but this will need to start from the beginning with a foster/adoptive home as well. The rescue will provide help and support with her training.

Adoption Monday: Chola, Rottweiler, Bowmanville, ON

Chola is very friendly with all she meets, including dogs and cats. Due to her food aggression and the anticipated recuperation period, she'll do best in a foster home with no other pets and children under the age of 16.

A fenced in yard is also a must.

ANML-RESQ is a dedicated group of volunteers looking out for the 4-legged creatures we share this world with. Their goal is to save a dog or cat from being euthanized in a shelter, through no fault of their own - just in the wrong place at the wrong time. If they don't have a foster home available they will work with other reputable organizations to find a place.

ANML-RESQ relies solely on donations and fundraisers to spay/neuter, vaccinate and microchip their pets prior to adoption.  They don't even use funds for gas to transport the pets in their program to their new homes!
