Adoption Monday: Balou, Dogo Argentino Mix, Bowmanville, ON

Balou is looking for an experienced large breed foster or a foster to adopt home.

He is a stunning about a year-old boy, full of energy.

Balou is already a big boy at 85 lbs and expected to grow much larger. Once he fills in, he will be even more stunning than he already is.

Balou is in need of some training and taught some manners. He will jump up on people out of sheer excitement to meet them and will mouth, nibble, nip so we are definately looking for a home with children over the age of 14.

Because he is so high energy he needs a large fenced in backyard. No apartments for this boy.
With a little time and patience, Balou will grow to be an amazing companion for a very lucky family.

ANML-RESQ is a dedicated group of volunteers looking out for the 4-legged creatures we share this world with. Their goal is to save a dog or cat from being euthanized in a shelter, through no fault of their own - just in the wrong place at the wrong time. If they don't have a foster home available they will work with other reputable organizations to find a place.

ANML-RESQ relies solely on donations and fundraisers to spay/neuter, vaccinate and microchip their pets prior to adoption.  They don't even use funds for gas to transport the pets in their program to their new homes!
