The vet gave him a blood transfusion and he spent five days in the hospital, but he is doing well now! They gave him just a very small chance of survival, but we love him so much, we took it. His CBc was 8. Came on very suddenly. 3 days hospitalized 1 transfusion drugs no promise of success he suffered terribly. In our 80s we could not keep fighting it as it took its toll on us. He was 10.
