    1. How long has this gone on? Onions are TOXIC to dogs. I'd talk to a vet.

  3. My 8 year old pit bull is dripping watery drool from her mouth. This has happened before and usually subsides by morning. I don't see any objects or injury in her mouth. I do notice some plaque build up on the back molars both sides. What could be the cause?

    1. Short term drooling usually means licking or eating something offensive. Long term drooling can mean foreign body (they can hide quite well), bad tooth, or a growth in the mouth. I'd have the mouth checked.

If nothing is happening with the mouth, a dog can drool excessively with an upset stomach as well. So that would be the next thing to investigate.
