Product Review: HealFast Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) Patch

We decided to experiment with pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) patch when Jasmine started limping on her front left leg. At the time it looked that she had bursitis in her elbow.

Studies are showing that PEMF effectively helps the healing of soft-tissue injuries, suppresses inflammation, and alleviates pain.

I noticed the idea of PEMF devices for home use before. It seemed unclear whether such a small device could be effective.

Our vet was also watching the trend with curiosity. Before buying into the idea, he tried the patch on himself and noted relief of arthritic pain.

He is also getting a positive response in patients with arthritis and orthopedic injuries.

I wouldn't say that the PEMF Patch is a cure-all magic bullet treatment. But it is safe, convenient and affordable. And Jasmine was getting notable relief from it.

We are still using it as a supportive treatment for her sore muscle.
HealFast Therapy PetPatches are a breakthrough new method for delivering proven electro-medical healing in a safe, convenient patch. PEMF (Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Field) is a therapy that has been used for generations to treat swelling and muscle injuries in humans. Traditionally the therapy could only be administered in clinics using expensive machines. Now the HealFast PetPatch brings that healing to a convenient wearable patch sized for pets.

The HealFast PetPatch can be used to alleviate swelling and pain from a number of conditions.
HealFast works at the cellular level to boost the ability of your dog's cells to heal themselves.

To boost the speed and strength of healing following surgery, Pet Patches can be applied by veterinarians over surgical wounds using the medical tape of their choice. There are two sizes ideal for that use, the 8 cm HealFast Flex Loop and the 5 cm HealFast Flex Loop.

For chronic pain conditions we developed the HealFast RecoveryCoat™ which allows you to position the patch directly over the swollen location or joint without putting adhesive on the pet's fur.
Note: always diagnose before you treat. Even the safest treatment can become dangerous if you under-treat a serious condition.

HealFast Therapy is contraindicated in dogs with cardiac pacemakers, neurostimulators or any active medical or metallic implant within the area of application.

  1. Thank you for this post. This is something I think I will look into for my girl. She suffers chronic neurological pain. I'm very curious if this would offer her any relief. Although neurological in nature there is a definite inflammatory process as her head and ears become quite inflamed during her bad days. Any additional relief I can provide for her is worth checking out!
